At Akash Packaging, we ensure that all products are carefully packed and dispatched after quality checks. However, in case of any issues, please read our policy below.
1. Returns Eligibility
Since we deal in packaging materials and bulk products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Incorrect quantity delivered
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection by customer
- Used or partially used products
- Bulk/custom manufactured products (unless damaged)
2. Return Request Process
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos and/or video of:
- The outer packaging
- The product received
- The shipping label
- Mention your Order ID in the communication
Requests received after 48 hours may not be eligible for return.

3. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your complaint:
- Our team will review the evidence provided.
- If approved, we will arrange replacement or refund as applicable.
- We reserve the right to reject return requests if the product is found used or damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
4. Refund Policy
If a refund is approved:
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method only
- Refund timeline: 5–7 business days
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the error was from our side
5. Replacement Policy
If eligible, we may offer:
- Product replacement
OR - Refund (if replacement stock is unavailable)
6. Bulk & Custom Orders
Bulk or custom-sized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless:
- The product is damaged in transit
- A manufacturing defect is found
Such cases must also be reported within 48 hours.
7. Important Notes
- All claims are subject to verification.
- We reserve the right to make the final decision on return eligibility.
- Products must remain unused and in original condition.
