1. Prepaid Orders Only
We currently accept 100% prepaid orders only.
All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
- All confirmed prepaid orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours (1–2 business days).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- For large or bulk quantity orders, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance.
We aim to ensure fast and efficient handling of every order.
3. Bulk Orders
We welcome bulk and business orders.
- Special pricing may be available for high-volume purchases.
- For large quantities, customers can contact us directly for customized shipping arrangements.
- Bulk shipments may be sent via surface transport depending on size and weight.

4. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days
- Remote areas may take slightly longer
Delivery time depends on courier partner and destination location.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
- For heavy or bulk orders, additional shipping charges may apply based on weight and location.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a confirmation message/email.
- Tracking details will be shared (where available).
7. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping details.
Akash Packaging will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos and a complete video of the product and packaging
- Include your order number
We will review the case and assist you accordingly.
